Who are we?
Homehold was founded by brothers Linz Darlington and Ben Darlington. The story began in 2016 when Linz started looking for someone to help him extend the lease on his maisonette in Greenford.
After a long, confusing and expensive process, we decided to start a company that would work only for leaseholders.

This involves proactively negotiating your premium and freeholder's legal and valuation fees.

Tried and tested
We’ve honed our customer-centric approach to business through years of running Homehold and our other organisations, Benefacto and GivX. Both of which work with companies in London, Leeds and Manchester to help them increase and measure the contribution they make in the community.
We run businesses which have a clear social aim. In the case of Homehold, this is ensuring leaseholders can excercise their right to an extended lease at a fair price and only paying reasonable costs. Most of our clients will only ever extend one lease, and the process can be complex and contentious. It's important to us that our leaseholder clients are supported through it.
